NurovaSleep — Shipping Policy
At NurovaSleep, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. This page explains everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your order.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday), processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. The estimates below begin from the date your order is dispatched (not the date of purchase):
Please note: These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. Occasionally, factors outside our control, such as customs processing, public holidays, or extreme weather as this may cause delays.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.
If your tracking has not updated after 7 days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll investigate on your behalf.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
NurovaSleep ships internationally. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping fee. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the timeframes below from the date of dispatch, please contact us so we can raise an investigation:

UK & Europe: 30 days from dispatch

USA & Canada: 45 days from dispatch

Rest of World: 60 days from dispatch
Please note: if your tracking shows your order as delivered, we are unable to issue a refund unless you provide an official non-delivery certificate from your local post or delivery service.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout. NurovaSleep is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at info@product-vault.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate parcels and at slightly different times. This is normal and nothing to worry about, all items are on their way to you.
